Our typical processing time is 24-72 business hours from when the order is submitted. About 95% of our orders ship out within 24-48 hours. Any order placed with us without prior communication will fall in this category and is our standard processing time. 

While business hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST we are always around to help answer questions you may have. We aim to respond within the hour, sometimes it can take up to 24 hours depending on the time/day. 

Packages do not ship out on Weekends or Holidays.
